Sea water is the fundamental element of thalassotherapy. Your body comes here to draw the resources necessary to reach its equilibrium, the contribution of mineral salts and trace elements are facilitated by immersion in water heated at 33 to 37°.

The Institute

The Institute benefits from a superb ocean panorama and the ramparts of St Malo and offers a welcome of humanistic proportions. The Institute is ultra modern with specialized technological equipment, with each program conceived to bring a response for specific needs.

The Treatments (sessions)

The cabin treatments will recharge and remineralize your metabolism, to support a general relaxation, and relieve your pains.

The swimming pool sessions will act delicately address your entire body, as with the assistance of the effect of weightlessness you will be able to recuperate lost mobility, remove rust from your joints, strengthen muscles, refine your physique, and relax…

30 cabins all with natural sunlight:
Water massage baths, whirlpool baths, under water showers, jet showers, gentle rain showers (affusion), leg water massages, body wrappings, pressure therapy wrap, hydrojet massages, kinetic massages, relaxing massages, under water jets, both regular and group jet swimming pools…

The programs

The classic:

Back into Shape : 4 sessions per day (3 individual sessions and 1 group session) over 6 days (24 sessions) – this program can be reduced to 3 days.
Health : 4 sessions per day dont 2 kinetic sessions (1 cabin session 1 pool session) over 6 days (24 sessions)

- Sea sleep (30 sessions) to put you back into a normal rhythm
- Anti stress (30 sessions) to combat the evils of modern civilization

Vitality
- Masculine tonic (30 sessions) for re-energization
- Active emerald (30 sessions) to discover and re-discover effort

The Beauty
- Marine aesthetics (30 sessions) Back into Shape and aesthetic treatments
- Marine sliming (30 sessions) to refine the physique

The discovery
- A ½ day of 4 sessions
- A week end in Sea Therapy : 6 sessions over 2 days

A medical fitness certificate is required to participate in Sea Water Therapy treatments for all programs longer than 3 days in duration. One can be requested of our attending doctor or obtained on site by pre-appointment (additional charge)
